Preserve at White Oak Apex NC

Taylor Morrison’s development, Preserve at White Oak, is offering 4 different collections in this exquisite community.  They have a Luxury Townhome Collection, a Signature Collection, an Executive Collection, and an Estates Collection.  The models for the Signature, Executive, and Estates Collections are all built and ready for your viewing; while the model for the Townhome collection should be complete around March/April 2018.  The purpose of this post is to focus on the Preserve at White Oak – Estates Collection.


PRESERVE AT WHITE OAK is a new home community currently under development by Taylor Morrison.  It’s located at the intersection of Jenks Rd and White Oak Grove Way in Apex, NC – just west of 540 – north of Hwy 64 – and east of Wimberly Road.  Plenty of shopping (along with a movie theater) is located nearby at Beaver Creek Crossings off Hwy 64.  At Preserve at White Oak you’re close to historic downtown Apex with its shops, boutiques, restaurants, eateries and services. The area is served by more than 500 acres of parks including dog parks, nature parks and the new skate plaza. Raleigh is just 15 minutes away while the renowned Research Triangle Park tech hub is within 16 miles (which is a convenient commute for those working in RTP).  This community is also close to Apex High School, for those of you having youngins of that age.

Taylor Morrison’s Estates Collection model home is flooded with guests on the weekends – so their availability of lots is bound to decrease rapidly over the next 60 to 90 days (in other words:  if you’re interested, go take a look now so you can have a larger collection of lots to choose from – not to mention, base prices of new homes typically increase as each new phase opens – so buy now before Phase 2 comes around and prices increase).

The lots sizes for the Estates Collection range from .22 to .44 acres.  At the time of writing this article (February 20, 2018), there is one spec home planned for construction – it’s located at 262 White Oak Pond Rd., and is listed at $664,850.  It’s the same floorplan as the model home, the Rochester.  Lori Russell, Taylor Morrison’s Community Sales Manager for the Estates Collection at Preserve at White Oak, anticipates this home being ready for move-in during the Fall of 2018.

Once the permit is obtained from the Town of Apex, it will take Taylor Morrison about 5 to 6 months to build your new home in Preserve at White Oak.

Their model home is the Rochester and is located at 2505 Sidewinder Court Apex, NC 27523.  (Here’s a hint:  you’re gonna love the screened-in porch on this one).  The base price for the model home currently starts at $577,000, and will get you +/- 4,288 sf.
